A day in the life may include:

• Recruit for executive level positions within financial services.
• Work with a sense of urgency to evaluate applicants and source candidates in order to set up phone screens to assess skills for client roles.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing information about the company and position you're selling.
• Pre-screen and present detailed profile summaries of candidates for appropriateness of skills, strengths, experience, knowledge and compensation
• Use multiple search engines to find qualified candidates
• Manage an ongoing pipeline of candidates
• Engage candidates primarily through phone outreach to establish relationships and build your network

What you'll need:

• Have 1+ years of sales or recruiting exp.
• Bachelors degree
• Eager to build a career in financial services
• Sense of urgency, self motivation, eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
