Under the general supervision of the President & Owner, the Community Liaison is responsible for extending our reach, building relationships, promoting our brand and the achievement of revenue objectives for our territories. This effort will generate leads & referrals through networking with key groups, relationship building with referral sources, interaction with the senior community, attending & arranging events, plus prospecting, cold calling, and email marketing. Visits will be in both medical and non-medical environments. Referral sources include a broad array of individuals: physicians, social workers, nurses, therapists, but also attorneys, fin'l planners, and insurance brokers. Professional will be responsible for reporting actions & results on a weekly basis, should be able to discuss successes and opportunities, and changes to the plan.
Min. Qualifications:
- Two-year associates degree program in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration or Health Sciences. (License in healthcare preferred - LVN/LPN, CNA, PCT, CMA or HHA.)
- Three to five years of measurable success and progressively more responsibility in marketing, PR, or business development experience preferable in the healthcare industry.
- At least one year of prof. experience in healthcare services
- Demonstrated ability to connect with others, communicate professionally and work independently
- Geographic tie to NW Tarrant county or Denton county, and relationships
Essential Functions:
- Achieve revenue objectives for assigned territory with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share. Target accounts include, but are not limited to: physician groups, home health & hospice agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, rehab centers, churches, senior centers, YMCA, etc.
- Performs all phases of sales activities, including introductory calls, follow up calls & visits, analysis of client needs, explanation of services, and follow-up as necessary with prospects.
- Conducts at least 30 - 35 visits per week.
- Establishes a networking plan and actively uses it as a working tool, which is revisited as requested.
- Tracks all activity in a CRM system.
- Participates in regular meetings among healthcare professionals as well as support groups and educational sessions.
- Will monitor all competitive activity (rates, services, etc) and trends within the senior care market.

Working Environment:
Primarily will be field/community based so will need to be able to Texas heat. Must be able to work from car as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
