We're looking for an innovative, results-driven Project Manager to play a key role in our new product development process. You'll be at the heart of our mission to deliver top-tier products, working on all stages of the product lifecycle. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product range and make a substantial impact on our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new product development strategies for assigned product categories, aligning with sales, customers, and internal sources. Your ideas will shape our roadmap.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to drive the development, engineering, costing, pricing, manufacturing, planning, and marketing of new products and updates.
• Prepare budget/cost analyses, balancing innovation with fiscal responsibility.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, keeping them informed about project strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Manage the product lifecycle, making data-driven decisions about product phase-ins and phase-outs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and product development to set initial product specifications, and support quality control in solving major quality control issues.
• Maintain and manage our product database, ensuring its accuracy and usefulness.

What We're Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, product design, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in new product development and project management.
• Experience in the Consumer Goods industry; familiarity with oral care and/or cosmetics is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software.
• An organized, time-driven individual with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
