Dillard's is looking for energetic, outgoing, results driven retail sales professionals to join our team. Shoe associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.

To be a successful Shoe Sales Associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and trends as well as maintain the department's visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a selling specialist are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently driving the business and meeting sales goals.

Full-time position. Minimum 3 year retail experience. Must have flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Build proactive relations with customers by discovering the customer needs, suggestive selling, and offering all client services
• Achieve and maintain personal and department's sales goal
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and cross sell to provide full shopping experience
• Process new merchandise according to directive and standards
• Be able to bend and lift shoe boxes in stockroom
• Responsible of organization in stockroom and given areas on the sales floor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
