As a Willamette Valley Harley-Davidson Assistant Sales Manager, you will work together with the General Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service, hospitality, and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor. You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance. Qualifications:
- Management Experience or equivalent
- At least 1 years experience in an automotive/powersports sales management
- Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team through standard retail KPI’s in order to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
- Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Management: 1 year Location: One location

- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management
- Maintain proper inventory controls
- Keep daily records of store sales
