YMP Senior Living is looking for an experienced senior living Sales Manager to drive sales for the start-up of our newly opened Assisted Living Community named Seaside at Hallandale Beach Senior Living.

Sales Manager Job Description:

As the Sales Manager you are responsible for assisting the Sales & Marketing Director to attract new residents to the community as to build occupancy. The Sales Manager must have excellent computer skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, professional presentation and speaking skills. The Sales Manager must also be organized and able to multi-task to ensure a positive move-in experience.

Responsibilities

· Create a sound business development plan to foster positive relationships with referral networking and professional organizations.

· Manage promotional champaigns to include advertisements of all forms.

· Attend support groups, community marketing & networking events in-house and external and conduct presentations to educate the outside community of our senior living services.

· Coordinates tours and reservations, which may include weekends.

· Maintains current and potential resident’s data in the CRM.

· Participate in weekly Sales meetings.

· Responsible for the admission process; completing all paperwork, arranging transportation when necessary, and making staff aware of new resident’s special needs & requests.

· Work flexible hours.

· Participate in training back-up sales support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• At least 2 years previous
• Sales and Marketing experience in Senior Living required.

· Experience in elderly care, including individuals with dementia.

• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of Excel, Work.

Job Related Physical Requirements

· Able to move throughout community areas independently.

· Able to stand and walk the entire shift.

· Able to lift and carry up to forty pounds, bend, stoop, pull & twist
