Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates the onboarding process for new partners/suppliers and advises them as they navigate post-sales integration to the company’s business processes and systems.
- Collaborates with the Business Development team on the incoming pipeline of new suppliers and ensures new suppliers are ready and have the resources for successful training.
- Ensures partners understand the elements of supplier agreements and clarifies any points in the agreements where there may be confusion or misunderstanding.
- Recommends solutions and implements actions to resolve instances of non-compliance.
- Oversees enterprise-level support and service assisting designated suppliers as they organize their product categories according to the company’s SKUs and shipping accounts.
- Collaborates with various internal departments to ensure SKUs are integrated into supplier business processes.
- Ensures that the company’s quality standards are followed by suppliers and that operational performance is maintained within delivery standards.
- Develops supplier relationships and understanding of the company’s business and product implementations.
- Functions as a single source of supplier contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.
- Identifies opportunities to improve service delivery and drives support mechanisms to facilitate business growth.
- Contacts suppliers periodically to inform them of new initiatives, systems, and policies/procedures.
- Guides new suppliers through the process of building SKUs.
- Reviews templates, facilitates integration tickets, and advises regularly regarding competitive uploading formats.
- Collaborates closely with integration, product, and development teams to provide insight into building SKUs and suggest improvements.
- Follows prescribed legal guidelines and requirements.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Three years of experience managing account relationships and/or guiding new suppliers and partners through the onboarding process and training them how to use the company’s systems and business processes is required.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Must have excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills and be able to professionally interact with employees and supplier groups. Must have excellent time management and decision-making skills and be able to prioritize and organize tasks and projects.
- Must have proven ability to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to problems.
- Must be able to pay attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work effectively and collaboratively across various departments to meet goals and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- eCommerce industry experience is preferred.
Education/ Licensing/Certification:
- High school graduation with a diploma or the equivalent is required.
Base Pay Range:
$17.79 - $22.12 per hour

Physical Requirements:
This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
