Job Description

Walter A Wood Supply Company is looking for a motivated Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer service oriented, organized, and has great communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and process customer quote and orders, payments, and sales orders into our system.
• Maintain accurate data on each account
• Communicate with customers on daily basis
• Answer customer questions regarding the company and products.
• Assist in troubleshooting & solving problems at customer site.
• Assist in new customer proposals
• Keep records of customer interactions, account status, and other information as needed.
• Assist in coordinating the day-to-day duties of the Field Technician Team
• Be a team player and work well within a group
• Other duties as assigned by manager to meet company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Customer service background preferred. Sales background preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all types of customers and employees. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required along with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people in a positive manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
