Our franchise partner is looking for a Territory Sales Manager, with a growth mindset,to help drive business forward. You’ll leverage years of sales and operational expertise to evaluate training needs, performance metrics, and ensure your territory is operating at full strength.

You’ll utilize critical thinking skills to navigate a fast-paced environment, empowering your teams to make the best decisions on behalf of our customers. Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous, hands-on training to team members to ensure territory is on track to meet sales quotas
- Hire, retain and manage direct team across multiple locations
- Operational oversight of locations within territory
- Forecast regional trends to relay to Executive Team, with a focus on driving growth
- Responsible for direct customer service oversight with customers, employees & vendors
- Initiate new marketing campaigns to drive business and assure that team members are fully aligned
- Coordinate a variety of location/regional sales events
- Management and delegation of staff for grass roots and physician marketing efforts
- Adhere to CRM compliance, resolving issues with team members
- Forecast and present future growth opportunities to the Executive Team
- Active oversight of budget and participation in budget planning
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of direct team management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Sales
- 5+ years marketing and customer service experience
- 2+ years operational and sales management
- Multi-unit experience is preferred
Required Skills:
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Data and financial literacy
- Advanced Microsoft Office skillset
- Strong reasoning skills
- Creativity and desire to create growth
