Insurance Agent

Property and Casualty insurance license or Life Insurance license required.

Responsibilities:

· Promote the insurance agency to customers who need insurance

· Network with potential customers and referral partners

· Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs

· Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed

· Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential way

Core skills/abilities needs:

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· High school diploma or equivalent

· A current and valid personal lines license (specific to state of residence)

Helpful but not required

· 6 + months of sales experience

· Call center/sales environment experience

· Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,468.00 - $92,139.00 per year

• Commission only

Supplemental pay types:

• Weekends as needed
