We are seeking an experienced and results-driven salesperson to join our dynamic team at All About Kitchen Cabinets. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality kitchen cabinets to homeowners and contractors. Your role will involve building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for interior design, a strong sales background, and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

· Actively seek out and engage potential customers, including homeowners, contractors, and designers, through various channels such as leads, referrals, and networking.

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of our kitchen cabinets.

· Understand customers' needs and preferences, provide expert advice, and offer suitable cabinet solutions to meet their requirements.

· Prepare accurate and detailed quotes and proposals based on customers' specifications and design preferences.

· Collaborate with customers to create custom kitchen designs, incorporating our cabinets and maximizing functionality and aesthetics.

· Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product line, staying updated on new styles, trends, and industry advancements.

· Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

· Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.

· Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful project completion.

· Stay informed about competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends to effectively position our cabinets and differentiate our company.

Requirements:

· Proven track record in sales, kitchen design, remodeling, or home improvement industry.

. Need 2+ years minimum requirement in 2020 desgin program.

· Knowledge of kitchen cabinets, materials, hardware, and related accessories is preferred.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

· Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve sales targets.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations as required.

· Bilingual in spanish (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alabaster, AL 35007: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• 2020 Design: 2 years (Required)
• Sales: 2 years (Required)
