Job Duties:
- Sales Goals: Achieve Base Line Sales Targets (BST) and other objectives.
- Sales Activity: Meets or exceeds minimum sales activity requirements.
- Contacts prospects via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
- Uses Company's Sales Process to clearly communicate our value proposition, uses database questions with presentations targeted to prospect buying motives.
- Utilizes current company CRM for account progress and accountability.
- Understands the components of profitability in the business and views it as unethical to sell any account which cannot realize a reasonable profit.
- Makes a positive impact on all prospects, customers and colleagues:

- Sales Development: Manages time, activity and territory effectively.
- Learns to sell complex lines of services (Fire, Hood, Trash, Grease and Facilities Management) throughout the sales cycle.
- Keeps and records prospects in company (CRM) for accuracy daily.
- Identifies all prospects in the assigned territory utilizing personal prospecting.
- Prepares sales activity reports accurately and meets deadlines as appropriate.
- Generates leads and referrals to the level outlined by Manager.
- Participates in industry/segment Trade Shows and Trade Associations to position the brand.
- Communicates seamlessly and constructively across departments as well with all external resources to ensure clarity during the entire sales process from RFP through contract completion.
- Attends all WFFR meetings and upload information into Special Instructions on the Corporate Page.
- Executes Letter of Authorization (LOA) and Letter of Consent (LOC).
- Assists in maintaining Procurement Tasks within Project Tracking.
- Accounts Sold:Communicates necessary details of accounts sold to Corporate office staff to ensure successful installations and relationships. Ensures thoroughness and accuracy of new customer information paperwork by:
o Executes a Master Service Agreement (MSA).
o Ensures business instructions regarding Health and Safety of customers, other site contractors, the public and environment are followed.
o Attends all new Client onboarding meetings to ensure customer expectations and requirements.
- Expenses: Incurs only necessary expenses and keeps accurate expense reports.
- Follows Company's Travel and Expense Policy.
Qualifications:
- Three or more years of sales experience or experience in a sales support role with C-Suite level exposure to customers, preferably in a service selling environment
- Demonstrated ability in consultative and strategic selling techniques, including previous experience in articulating / presenting multiple products and services to C-level executives both verbally and in writing
- Ability to connect and build rapport / relationships with internal and external customers at all levels
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects / work streams
- Skill in the operation of variety of computer software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sales CRM
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- A clean and valid driver's license is required
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the hours necessary to accomplish the job duties
