Job Description:

Full time opportunity on-site (NO REMOTE) in Bettendorf, Iowa. This role involves actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers to sell Caddis Machine Monitoring Software. Primary responsibility is to build and maintain relationships with customers and generate sales revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential customers through various means such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate potential customers about the features and benefits of Caddis Systems.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on sales opportunities to close deals.
• Provide ongoing customer support.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams such as marketing, accounting, support and shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in outside sales and preferably in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using sales software tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.
• College Degree

Salary: $65-$80,000
