Doppelmayr USA, the world leader in Ski Lift and Ropeway transportation is currently hiring for a full time position in Customer Support for our Salt Lake City offices. The Part Sales and Customer Support position is an important part of our Customer Support team. This position is in-office. .

Job Duties

• Provide customer phone support for spare part orders and administrative questions
• Quotation of parts and order management
• Helps to maintain the Customer Service Portal, Safety Bulletins and Customer Records
• Product identification of spare parts

Required Skills

• Strong Skills with office computer programs such as Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interface with customers, both on the phone and via email
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and customer order processes
• Experience reading mechanical prints and hydraulic schematics to identify various parts preferred

Experience Required

• Some experience in industrial parts customer service/customer support role
• Knowledge of ski lift industry and lift components helpful
• Experience with an ERP/MRP system

Reliability and dependability are required to provide support not only to our customers but to other members of the team. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to assume additional tasks and responsibilities is critical.
