Job Description and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be the driving force behind exceptional customer experiences. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Provide prompt and friendly assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency.
• Keep track of inquiries, requests, and resolutions, maintaining organized files and follow-up tasks for seamless operations.
• Be the first point of contact for callers, warmly greeting them, answering questions, and guiding them in the right direction.
• Screen and redirect phone calls as necessary, taking messages when required.
• Conduct research to address customer inquiries and requests, going above and beyond to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Nurture existing customer accounts through exemplary service and effective sales techniques, fostering strong relationships and driving growth.
• Ensure order accuracy and maintain account information within our ERP system, taking ownership of the process.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate's degree in Business Administration or a similar field is preferred.
• You bring at least 3 years of hose industry experience
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales is highly valued.
• Knowledge of technical products and unit of measurement conversions is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365, is essential.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can effectively prioritize tasks and manage your time.
• Demonstrated ability to handle time-sensitive inquiries and orders, displaying a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interactions.
• Adaptability is key, as you will navigate shifting demands with ease.
• Data entry experience is an asset..
