Job Description
Exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing sales enablement team that impacts sales productivity and revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, the Sales Enablement Manager will assist in the development and ongoing management of enablement tools that equip client facing teams with the tools, training, and support they need to prospect and sell effectively. This key role will govern, create, and improve the sales process and data capture within the CRM [please apply online] be accountable for the data accuracy captured from these processes, establish the right metrics that measure success, help to build the supporting reports/dashboards to measure against these metrics, and partner with various region leaders to ensure accountability and accuracy of data.
Responsibilities and essential job functions may include the following:
- Serves as the day-to-day lead for questions and training related to sales enablement technology or platforms including but not limited to: Salesforce, Seismic, etc.
- Recommend, implement, and help administer Sales Enablement tools needed to support client facing teams.
- Review, master, refine, and evolve, the sales process within [please apply online] Quickly become an expert and global front-line support for [please apply online] Salesforce data hygiene monitoring, management, training, and troubleshooting
- Audit and maintain a governance strategy that ensures the accuracy and relevance to Salesforce data
- Partner with marketing to develop and implement sales promotions to drive productivity and growth.
- Track progress and analyze the impact of each sales enablement initiative in order to provide insightful recommendations and generate action plans to optimize future campaigns and improve existing sales processes.
- May lead and coach other less experienced staff

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-6 experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging SF.com to support the sales process.
- Experience working with technology teams in an agile environment to advise on the build out of sales process, workflows, reporting, and data analytics using Salesforce analytics
- Ability to think strategically and data map future state sales process
- Experience implementing CRM system and transitioning CRM systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of revenue reporting and experience working with finance to build and enhance revenue reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with and support a large, field-based B2B sales team.
- Strong interpersonal skills that allowing for healthy internal and external relationships are a must.
- Strong presentation and communication skills required.
- Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail.
- Project management experience preferred.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
