Software Company is looking for a someone who is Reliable, Organized, Friendly and most importantly has Sales Phone Experienced.

Live within 8 miles of the Danvers, MA area and can start ASAP.

Skills:

* Must be Reliable & Punctual
* Strong ability to make Outbound Sales Calls.
* Ability to Multitask (answer phone and enter information into computer)
* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquires and complaints.
* Assist potential customers with current product
* Assist new customers with the product.
* Ability to work Individually and as a Team
* Strong sense of Integrity when dealing with sensitive information
* Demonstrated ability remain calm under pressure
* Knowledge of a CRM (Salesforce) and Basic Computer skills are a plus
* Respond to customer Voicemails and Email inquires
* Work in collaboration with Customer Service & Billing to service customer needs
* NO COLD CALLING!

We offer a Salary $37,000+ based on experience along with a Generous Commission Plan.
