Summary of Position
The primary goal is to ensure 100% client satisfaction by owning each client and ensuring they are served. Our Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships with previous clients so we can bring our services to their homes. You will be responsible for going through our database and contacting clients that have previously used our services, had our club memberships, inquired about a service, etc. You will be working with prospective and current clients to ensure that we continue to increase our market share. We fully train you and you will work with clients on a daily basis, selling our services over the phone.
Essential Job Functions
- You're comfortable on the phone. So many people out there are nervous about phone calls, but that doesn't bother you a bit! You can talk to anyone on the phone and get the information you need. You're also energetic and easy to talk to, and you know how to persuade others!
- You thrive when winning. You'll outbound to previous membership holders, clients that have used our services in the past, and clients that have inquired about our services with the goal of getting them to try our services again.
- You're great at deepening a relationship. You'll have conversations with clients, discussing previously quoted options, and ensure thoroughness and technical information is accurate while the client gains value from the discussion.
- Details are everything! Adhere to a thorough follow up procedure, capturing notes, dates, and following up with any outstanding questions. Nothing falls through the cracks.
- Whatever it takes attitude. You'll make timely decisions in the best interest of the customer and company. Ensuring all needs are met and the client experience is doesn't suffer.
- You'll call, email and text. Everyone has a different preference when it comes to communication. You're the ultimate communicator! Puns, jokes, text messages, and formal letters, emails - it doesn't matter, you're good at them all!

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of sales experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Great attention to detail
- Must have excellent phone etiquette
- Must be able to effectively prioritize and organize daily job duties
- Must be able to accurately enter order information, including updating of customer accounts, telephone, and contact numbers
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word; experience with CRM systems is preferred
- Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Ability to write simple correspondence; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization; Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience with position that is 70% phone time
- Previous experience in residential service (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
- Former W-2 earnings of $50,000+ with commissions
Compensation & Hours
- Starting wage: 100% Commission Structure with Bonus Opportunity
- Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm (flexible depending on business needs)
- Days: Monday - Friday (occasional weekends depending on business needs)
