Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for effectively executing sales strategies to maximize sales volume, drive profitable growth, and facilitate the professional development of the sales staff within the assigned division.
· Base Salary: Currently offering a starting base salary of 100-115k or more, depending on experience.
· Additional Compensation: 25% annual bonus + opportunity to increase the percentage with no limitation the more sales goals are exceeded (155-165k or more all-in). Relocation Package is available, if applicable.

Qualifications/Requirements
· 5+ years of B2B Sales experience.
· 5+ years of experience in new client acquisition and current account management.
· 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role that involves managing, coaching, and mentoring sales personnel, goals, and activities.
· 3+ years of experience setting and driving sales goals and putting in place KPIs and other metrics to reach or exceed those goals.
· Proven track record of success in managing and developing high performing sales teams.
· Exceptional sales and negotiating tactics.
· Strong business acumen and ability to read and understand P&L’s.
· Proven ability to analyze market/industry trends and plan/adapt accordingly.
· Proven track record in developing comprehensive sales strategies and monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
· Service-oriented mindset, displaying a strong work ethic, innovative thinking, and embraces organizational change to enhance effectiveness.
Job Duties
· Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies, sales plans, and marketing plans that align with the overall operating plan for the business unit.
· Create and maintain the sales forecast, ensuring accountability for achieving sales goals, key metrics, and budget targets.
· Manage a team of sales and administrative personnel, including recruitment, training, performance coaching, and management. Conduct regular "ride-alongs" with sales personnel to provide training and guidance.
· Support new customer acquisition efforts, assist in bid preparation, and devise customer retention strategies.
· Conduct regular meetings with sales personnel to review sales activity, customer retention, relationship-building efforts, performance compared to goals, and training needs.
· Proactively engage assigned accounts to identify customer needs, address changing requirements, and resolve potential issues.
· Collaborate with business unit leadership to develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with company objectives.
· Stay updated on market trends and competitive behavior in the designated market to anticipate evolving customer needs and effectively manage the customer base.
· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's services, product lines, and pricing structures to support sales personnel in specific selling situations.
· Complete all required sales reports accurately and in a timely manner.
· Review Customer Service Agreements for pricing accuracy, terms and conditions, and other necessary requirements.
· Perform any other job-related duties as required.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
