In-House Hospice is looking for a self-motivated and compassionate Sales Representative to join our team. Join a winning company of professionals who are passionate about providing the best Hospice Care.
The Sales Representative is responsible for growing the census and being a positive promoter of the hospice program. The Representative identifies, develops, and promotes In-House Hospice services within the assigned territory and maintains long term relationships with partners, referral sources and the hospice team that will increase census.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Minimum five (5) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in hospice/palliative marketing strongly preferred.
Skilled at establishing/maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, the community, and with internal employees with the goal of ensuring a thorough understanding of Hospice services and conditions of participation.
Excellent Sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to create and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospital systems, physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
Organized with attention to detail.
