  • Identify new business clients and follow-up on sales leads to increase growth in target markets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, appointments, closed sales, and follow-up activity within assigned territory using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Build professional relationships with target clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through responsiveness to client needs and service concerns
  • Coordinate and schedule visits/tours of prospective and target clients
  • Support WCES clinical leadership as necessary for on-site clinical visits
  • Work with the Worker's Compensation Coordinators for flawless execution of WC cases
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients in your territories
  • Support the overall growth plans and goals for WCES
  • Business cold calling
  • Other duties as assigned
