Position Summary/Role Overview

OmniEngine is helping businesses across the United States acquire and retain high-quality customers by the thousands. Our B2C campaign is the largest and fastest-growing B2C campaign at our company! As an Inside Sales Manager representing our campaigns, you will build high-performing agents, create processes and infrastructure that can scale with our rapid growth, and manage team performance against measurable quotas and KPIs. We are looking for someone who can motivate, inspire, and prepare our account managers for long-term success representing our partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Manager:

  • Manage an inside sales team of 10 to 15 Account Executives
  • Coach and develop Account Executives for consistent improvement and maximum performance
  • Create and implement best practice sales strategies and systems
  • Reinforce quotas, set goals, and create initiatives to motivate
  • Consistently meet or exceed team revenue targets
  • Pioneer management playbook for replicable success

Skill and Experience Requirements Sales Manager:

  • 3+ years of inside sales management experience – high-volume, transactional sales
  • Comfort working in Salesforce and dialer systems
  • Full cycle sales management B2C experience required
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Works comfortably in ambiguity
  • Someone who thrives in an environment where hard work, focus, and energy are rewarded

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
