We are a husband and wife run company, that are lucky enough to own and operate several popular and successful independent retail clothing stores in the area. We have been in business for over 15 years, and due to our explosive growth we have recently experienced, we need help from great people like you so we can reach our customers online!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our online channel, including website updates and maintenance, social media updates and engagement, and digital marketing management.
• Utilize your knowledge and experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, to optimize our online store for an exceptional user experience.
• Create and implement effective digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and email marketing campaigns using platforms like Shopify Mail and Mailchimp.
• Maintain stock control and inventory accuracy to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitor and analyze online sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience and a strong understanding of e-commerce management, including Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
• Proficiency in website updates, social media management, and digital marketing techniques.
• A demonstrated track record of driving online sales and achieving targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• A passion for learning and a desire to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
