Merchandiser

We are looking for an outgoing, self-starter to join our Key Account Merchandising team. We offer competitive wages and benefits, including health and dental insurance, 401K savings plan, paid vacations and holidays and paid uniforms.

Pay Range: $20.00 – 22.00 per hour

This is a full time, 40 to 45 hour per week position. This is a first shift position that will include rotational weekends and possible holidays. Occasional overtime may be required.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in accounts assigned by supervisor
• Check shelves and backrooms for overstock, proper product rotation and dates on product
• Utilize promotional material (signs, banners, etc.) in accounts
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
• Conduct activities in a safe manner, follow company safety guidelines and requirements and report any unsafe conditions observed
• Assist with other duties as necessary

Experience and Education Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• Prior merchandising experience a plus

Required Skills:

• Basic math skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform the physical and environmental demands of the job, including lifting up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis and pulling/pushing 300 lbs.-500 lbs. on level ground using a pallet jack
• Valid Class D Driver’s License required
• Above average driving record
• We will train for forklift certification
