Are you a dynamic Sales Representative looking for a company who will value what you bring to the table? Marcone Supply has immediate openings for an Appliance Parts Sales Representatives with a strong following in the Charlotte, NC Market. As an outside Sales Representative you will be responsible to grow sales with existing customers, obtain new customers, expand our market share and manage your assigned territory.

  • Develop regional sales plan at 90 days, one year and three-year time frames.
  • Maintain field reporting activities, developing call reports, itineraries and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Solid organizational skills and time management skills that will enhance and increase time in front of the client.
  • Continually grow Sales while growing Gross Margins.
  • Achieve sales goals in assigned territory.
  • Cold call, prospect and close new business.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to existing accounts.
  • Develop business, introduce new products, train and more.

What we need from you?

  • Appliance parts knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with strong analytical skills.
  • Outstanding sales and customer service expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Accuracy and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Possess a reliable vehicle and be insurable by our insurance company for the travel this position requires.
