Position Summary:

The Equipment Sales Support Specialist position will provide administrative, business, sales, and contract support to our Equipment Sales team.

The position is in-office at our Houston, Texas, branch office.

Responsibilities:

• Completes pre-qualifications for potential customers – pulling together reports of safety records, past business, what we can offer, etc.
• Assist with sales quotes.
• Prepare Quotes and Agreements
• Route contracts and change orders

• Order COI for projects
• Provide clerical support for the sales team
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence with customers.

• Send Leases to Customers
• Receive the contract from the customer and review any changes made. Make notes and recommendations before sending them to our Contracts Department.
• Push to receive all required paperwork from the customer
• Assist with any travel requirements for the team
• Helps team with lift plans.
• Updates utilization report and sends it to the sales team.
• Handles incoming phone calls, typing work orders, invoice reconciliations, timekeeping, and other assigned duties.
• Assist with processing expense reports for employees.
• Produce reports (aging, daily logs, warranty and service, etc.) and maintain master schedules and logs.
• Maintain information on the company intranet (SharePoint, Blue Builder, etc.)

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

• One year of office administration experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service and follow-up is required.
• Happy to work in a repetitive, data-entry role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills - must be able to handle telephone communication and compose professional business correspondence.

• Strong computer skills are required, with demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (primarily MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Must demonstrate an outgoing personality with the ability to multi-task, exceptional customer relations and communication skills (both verbal and written), is a fast learner and performs tasks assigned in a timely and enthusiastic manner.
