Review and process orders for all products

Provide pricing, delivery and availability information to customers

Expedite orders with carriers

Work with carriers to resolve refused or lost shipments

Review and process all credit, debit and returned goods authorization requests

Collaborate with production department to schedule timely delivery

Job requires heavy phone communication

Some experience with Excel is desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
