Full description of the position

Young Powertech, a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of mechanical and hydraulic products used in mobile and industrial applications has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Administrator to support the sales team. The position is located at the company headquarters in Garnet Valley, PA. (Upper Chichester)

The specific job duties include:

· Answer phone calls promptly and professionally

· Assist customers with placing orders including product selection

· Order entry and follow-up with customers

· Check inventory and provide delivery lead time

· Follow-up on quotes

Specific skills required include:

· Excellent telephone and email skills, including good English grammar

· Experience with commercial/industrial products a plus

· Experience with Sage 100(MAS 90), a plus

· Strong skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· Effective communication skills with customers, associates and suppliers

The successful candidate will be an individual who enjoys working with customers.
