We partner with some of the leading manufacturers on the mainland to bring high quality and cutting-edge technology to the Pacific Rim. We offer everything from plain brown corrugated boxes and bags, to a wide variety of packaging mediums (corrugated boxes, folding cartons, bags of all kinds and films, etc.) with full color graphics using flexo, litho, and roto gravure printing processes. Pacific Rim Packaging, Inc. is your single source solution for packaging design and delivery.

We are looking for talented, key people to join our amazing team. As a Outside Sales Representative for Aiea, HI Branch, you will have the ideal situation – selling quality products to a solid customer base as well as targeting growth and new opportunities.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, highly motivated, customer service minded individual with good presentation and closing skills. Outside Sales Representative with experience and a background in some form of packaging, industrial, agriculture or safety products are encouraged to apply.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years+ previous outside selling experience.

- Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, driven & self-motivated.

- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written).

- Experience in networking and cold calling/prospecting.

- Ability to manage time efficiently.

- Excellent closing skills.

- Basic computer skills (working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook as well as the ability to conduct on-line searches for potential customers.

- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle required. Must be able to provide proof of insurance. -

- Bilingual in English/Spanish helpful, but not required.

Compensation includes a base salary, generous commission structure, auto and gas allowance and expense reimbursement. Benefits package includes paid medical, dental, vacation & sick days, 401(k) match, and more.
