Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Generate business leads internally and externally.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients nationwide.
• Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and market/ negotiate offered services.
• Responsible for overall profitability of the company’s P&L.
• Manage resource allocation while identifying emerging markets and market shifts.
• Manage day-to-day operations with KPI metrics.
• Create and manage strategic plan for the sales team.
• Develop and maintain best business practices.
• Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.
• Generate insights leveraging internal and external business intelligence to report on, and drive the business.
• Calculate and measure risk profile for strategic plans and decisions.
• Responsible for the management of customers load acceptance process as well as the creation of SOP’s.
• Attend customer events and conduct annual business reviews.
• Clearly understand goals, policies and procedures of the company.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of industry-related experience.
• Proven management and leadership experience.
• Previous experience working with word processing, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead sales team.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
