Full description of the position

Seeking a B2B Inside Sales pro for our comprehensive line of glass products. Working for one of America’s fastest-growing companies and an industry leader, you’ll be part of a team of glass professionals. Your primary function will be to grow our portfolio of Commercial customers in the Construction, Remodelers, Interior Design and Hospitality markets. What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for all internal administrative sales activities as it relates to identified key accounts or territories
  • Close orders based upon expertise developed in Solution selling skills and technical knowledge
  • Developing deep, sustainable value-driven relationships with key customers
  • Provide technical knowledge regarding products
  • Sell assigned product lines in designated accounts with the objective of increasing sales volume, product mix, and profit margin year-over-year
  • Communicate customer priorities or shipment expedite requests and work together with Customer Service representatives for execution to customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer account, contacts, opportunity, and project information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Review and interpret customer needs on Request for Quotes (RFQs), competitors Bill of Materials (BOMs), project plans and specifications
  • Negotiate pricing and produce pricing proposals and quotes for customer opportunities using CRM systems.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3 years experience B2B product sales in an Internal Sales capacity or 3 years in a product-driven Customer Service role
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proficient in Google applications
  • Knowledge of CRM Management preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP systems preferred
  • Strong ability to sell on Total Value & Solutions

Salary: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Targeted
