Seeking a B2B Inside Sales pro for our comprehensive line of glass products. Your primary function will be to grow our portfolio of Commercial customers in the Construction, Remodelers, Interior Design and Hospitality markets. What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for all internal administrative sales activities as it relates to identified key accounts or territories
- Close orders based upon expertise developed in Solution selling skills and technical knowledge
- Developing deep, sustainable value-driven relationships with key customers
- Provide technical knowledge regarding products
- Sell assigned product lines in designated accounts with the objective of increasing sales volume, product mix, and profit margin year-over-year
- Communicate customer priorities or shipment expedite requests and work together with Customer Service representatives for execution to customer satisfaction
- Manage customer account, contacts, opportunity, and project information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Review and interpret customer needs on Request for Quotes (RFQs), competitors Bill of Materials (BOMs), project plans and specifications
- Negotiate pricing and produce pricing proposals and quotes for customer opportunities using CRM systems.
What You’ll Bring
- 3 years experience B2B product sales in an Internal Sales capacity or 3 years in a product-driven Customer Service role
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proficient in Google applications
- Knowledge of CRM Management preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems preferred
- Strong ability to sell on Total Value & Solutions
