Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is a Medicare-certified agency seeking to add a Home Health and Hospice Liaison to our Business Sales and Development Team! We are looking for someone just as passionate as we are about providing quality patient care in the communities we serve!

This position would be covering King County with 80% of the work done outside of an office setting. This position is best suited to those looking to learn quickly and grow with the company!

• Base salary is $60,000 to $85,000, DOE
• Incentive bonuses based on productivity and individual performance

Here is just a sampling of your duties!

• This is a strong sales position. We are looking for motivated, hungry, and goal-oriented sales staff.
• Respond to patient and referral source requests and concerns
• 80% of work will be performed in the community in hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, clinics, physician's offices, etc. This is not a behind-the-desk sales and marketing role.
• Meet face-to-face with potential key referral sources, maintain positive relationships with current referral sources.
• Travel to and represent the agency in transitional care activities and strategic relationships with health systems, hospitals, inpatient facilities, associations, and physician groups.
• Identifies, contacts, and manages potential clients, patients, and referral sources.
• Sources potential, appropriate patients in the community through meeting with referral sources and patients.
• Meet and/or exceed home health referral and admission goals.

What do we require?

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science is preferred, but not required
• Prior sales and customer service experience in a medical industry is required (such as pharma, DME, ortho, and other clinical settings)
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) are an absolute must!
• Prior home health and hospice experience is a big plus, but not required
• Possesses tenacity, empathy, emotional intelligence, and a solutions-oriented mindset
• A desire to learn and grow and apply new knowledge
• Clinicians (therapists/nurses) are strongly encouraged to apply
• Licensed and insured driver with reliable transportation (daily travel is required)
