Stork Insurance Agency is looking for a dedicated and organized account representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has an attention to detail, comfortable working with computers, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling correspondence from customer, co-workers, and company representatives
• Working with the internal team and our insurance companies to process policy changes, renewals, new business submissions, etc.
• Updating our agency management system

Skills & Qualifications

• Licensed Insurance Agent - Property & Casualty (preferred, not required)
• Bachelors Degree
• Excellent CRM and related software knowledge is required
• Excellent phone and e-mail communication skills
• Attention to detail

Education:
