A good Automotive Sales Assistant is an individual who exhibits excellent sales techniques to help customers through the buying process. They have an approachable, friendly personality that enables them to connect with people of all types. They also understand social queues, which help them adjust their tactics to suit a customer’s personality better. They have excellent verbal communication skills to accurately describe car models and their benefits to customers. A competitive nature that motivates them to meet and exceed dealership goals. Duties:

· Assist clients at the dealership in finding the best vehicle to match their needs.

· Establish positive and lasting relationships with customers.

· Develop leads through the phone, emails, and online platforms to find potential customers.

· Showcase our entire line of vehicles and current sales specials, including recent and upcoming models.

· Guide customers through the financing process and payment options.

· Explain pricing and financing options with customers.

· Develop and pursue leads through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.

Skills needed and desired:

· High school diploma or GED certificate.

· Prior automotive sales or consulting experience preferred.

· Professional, personable demeanor.

· Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
