Chippewa Stone, LLC is looking for a Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Medina, OH area.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting walk in customers (retail) in selecting granite/quartz counter tops for their home.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Coordinate with Production, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure product/customer satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Keep the team informed of any developments that affect the sales process or customer needs/requirements
• Continuously improve through feedback

Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role within the granite business and/or home remodeling business
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills ability to manage multiple tasks at one time with a high level of attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,997.00 - $45,202.00 per year
