We are seeking to add a self motivated Experienced Automotive Sales Manager/Back up F&I to our team at Unique Ford of Goffstown. (Experienced in Automotive Sales is a Must)

Requirements:

· Positive attitude with confidence that every client is an opportunity

· Ability to drive sales and ensure sales goals are attained

· Manage and monitor daily activity, coaching & training to improve performance and development of sales staff

· Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores in sales

· Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly

· Work with Salespeople to determine the best vehicle selection for customer needs and wants as well as assist sales team members with closing deals

· Excellent Customer Service while establishing and maintaining customer relationships

· Stays up to date with Ford Training

· Contact customers by phone, text and email to help drive traffic and produce deals

· Strong communication and customer engagement skills

Ensuring that the sales department is organized, clean and well-maintained at all times.

Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.

Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

Regularly having sales meetings and training sessions.

Back Up Finance: Introducing customers to the dealership's financing opportunities, selling insurance alternatives, vehicle service contracts

Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options

Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship
Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
