We are hiring for an experienced Sales and Recruiting Manager in Grand Rapids, Michiganto oversee and work alongside a 5-person Recruiting team. This person would be responsible for the leading, managing and holding accountable of team members while also performing tip-of-the-spear business development work for client acquisition.

This is a true “player/coach” role with the expectation of new Business Development resting about 65% of the time with Management about 35% of the time.

Requirements of the role:

• 3+ years of Executive Recruiting & Business Development experience is required.
• Sales management experience, preferably within the recruiting industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
