Now Hiring - Regional Key Account Manager in Colchester, VT

Craft VT is hiring a Regional Key Account Manager, responsible for growing the sales volume of chain accounts and our wholesaler’s presence in chain accounts across the state of Vermont by increasing promotional activity, points of distribution and adding to the account base. The KAM will serve as the singular point of contact for assigned chain buyers and will ensure seamless execution and communication between the chains and the sales teams at Craft VT.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Manage and develop relationships with national/regional key account buyers and district managers in assigned geography through time spent in trade.
• Interface with Sales Managers and sales teams responsible with positioning products across all segments with national/regional key accounts.
• Work with SFC Director of National Accounts/ Market Manager to develop and execute strategy for achieving annual sales and volume growth in assigned geography.
• Manage workflow of all pricing inclusive of promotional pricing and new item information to all chain retailers.
• Travel to national/regional key account sites and meetings as required.
• Work with Director of National Accounts to develop fact based selling tools and sales presentations.
• Work with ASMs and sales reps to manage sales execution in assigned account base.
• Develop rapport with assigned customer base and promote the good will of the Company
• Implement and execute the marketing strategies of the Company
• Possess the management skills to work independently throughout the markets
• Assist in handling supplier relationships as required
• Execute quarterly goals as related to sales objectives
• Maintain and submit monthly control and review reports on a timely basis
• Other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Beer Server Certified
• Valid and clean driver's license with active auto insurance
• Ability and willingness to work independently
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to understand and manipulate syndicated data (IRI/Tableau/Armadillo)
