Smash My Trash is looking for ambitious sales professionals who can capitalize on our disruptive technology and help us continue our strong growth in the Akron-Canton market. Our exclusive commercial waste compaction machines reduce open top dumpster hauls by up to 70%.

Our Commercial Sales Executives introduce commercial customers to our services and close new service contracts. You'll be responsible to target and identify our core customers, schedule demos, start trials, and manage the sales process to close. Our customers range in industry from manufacturing, shipping & logistics, oil & gas, and residential/commercial construction and more.
Compensation: This position is full time, W2, with base salary, commission, monthly and quarterly, and annual bonuses.
Uncapped commissions
Monthly travel stipend provided.
Estimated first year earnings between $60,000 - $108,000.
Duties and Responsibilities
∙ You are responsible for scheduling your appointments, maintaining your CRM records, and customer follow up to close each sale.
∙ Leads are not provided as a matter of course; this position is not inbound sales. With that said, as prospective customers call in for inquiries, you will be assigned customer opportunities.
∙ Your sales meetings will take place on the customer's premises. Local travel is expected. Demonstrations of our machines are extremely valuable.
∙ Utilize our marketing materials and presentations.
∙ Demonstrated comfort level in selling to mid-level management and occasional C-suite/business owner is a must.
∙ Represent our companies at appropriate association meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
∙ Preparing reports for sales and marketing tracking.
∙ Learn and utilize our CRM system and other technology. Keep good records.
Experience in outside sales, territory sales, or regional sales is a plus, but not a requirement. We are happy to train and develop natural talent.
Valid driver's license required.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
