As an Outside Sales Representative, you are not selling a cool gadget or a trendy accessory. You will have an opportunity to sell our services to people who actually need them.

How You'd Make an Impact through Selling

As an Outside Sales Representative, you need to excel in building rapport with clients, asking thoughtful questions, and identifying the best ways that the company can serve them. All within the client's home.

You set the tone for the client for the rest of our process - with your communication, your attitude, and the service you provide.

Because of you, the client will be thrilled as they take the first step in seeing their home being restored.

How We'd Train and Support You

We do not require sales experience. If you are an outgoing and relational person who likes to work hard, play hard, and know that you don't have all the answers, we are confident that through hands on training, department meetings, and sales specific development, we can provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to become an expert in your field.
