Join Us as A Director of Business Development!

We are looking for an experienced Director of Business Development who will oversee all Business Development and Marketing efforts for TaraVista Behavioral Health Care Hospital. In conjunction with our Chief Operating Officer/Hospital Administrator of TaraVista Behavioral Health Care hospital, this role will focus on growth in our existing markets, as well as expansion into the marketplace. This position is responsible for expanding our reach, developing, and implementing strategic sales and marketing goals and plans.

How You Care for our Patients

• 
  In conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer/Hospital Administrator of TaraVista Behavioral Health Care Hospital Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to support TaraVista Behavioral Health Center Hospital’s strategic growth plan.
• Identify and leverage TaraVista Behavioral Health Care Hospitals core strengths and market differentiators.
• Identify market weaknesses and develop plans to address those weaknesses.
• Outline key business development and marketing objectives.
• Prepare actionable and measurable marketing plans, identifying priorities, and timetables.
• Implement marketing plans staying within established timetables.
• Continuously review and evaluate plans for effectiveness and adjust as needed to reach desired results.
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with high level executives/influencers in health care facilities, systems, and communities, as well as other potential referral partners and industry intermediaries to meet business goals.

You Bring Meaningful Experience

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
• At least 3-years of proven experience in marketing and sales management positions in the healthcare industry.
• Experience setting and implementing marketing and business development strategy, including social media, translating to actionable and measurable plans, and delivering growth results.
• Previous experience and successful track record in identifying and building relationships to drive business results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to facilitate small group presentations.
• Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a deeply ingrained passion for the mental health industry to successfully nurture relationships.
• Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new applications; experienced in the use of relationship management tools for tracking leads.
