Full description of the position

REQUIREMENTS:


High School diploma or equivalent. Must have strong mechanical aptitude. Good computer and communication skills are required. Must have a valid drivers' license. Must be able to pass a background check, physical exam, and drug test.

Job Description:

  • Quoting of New CCE Machine deals for sales team assigned by CCE Operations Manager. The quotes will be constructed in salesforce and then sent to the requesting reps. Quotes will also need to be tied to the Cat Value Sales Tool. It will be the responsibility of the CCE Sales Operations Assistant to complete the VST’s.
  • Once a salesman has sold the machine you will submit the final washout for invoicing which will consist of the correct serial numbers for the machine and work tools. All necessary corresponding paperwork if applicable will need to be with the washout including TAR support email from BCP Rep, warranty quote if custom, and any other item needed.
  • Responsible for assisting and helping with the completion of sales for Customer Walk In’s in West Knoxville for New and Used Work tools, Machines, and Allied CCE products.
  • Responsible for following up on Work Tool leads through Caterpillar and Stowers Machinery Website and walk ins at the West Knoxville Branch.
  • Back up for writing No Charges for CCE Sales when CCE Sales Ops Manager is on vacation and or out for personal reasons.
  • Responsible for ordering New Work Tools for CCE Inventory and Sales per the guidelines set forth by Stowers Machinery. Must manage inventory levels below $1.5 million dollars on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for providing the correct work tool serial numbers to each of the sales coordinators for the completed sale information and also providing the correct work tool serial numbers for No Charges to the No Charge administrator. Administer and Manage No Charges.
  • Manages the Equipment Fleet Specialist including coordinating the work tools going out with an CCE Machine for a No Charge and or Sale.
  • Proactively sends list of dormant work tools to the CCE Sales Manager and VP of Sales on a Bi-Weekly with pricing for a sales hot list
  • Responsible for reporting West Knoxville inventory reconciliation on a weekly basis to CCE Operations Manager. Inventory must be accounted for including scanned and barcoded on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Invoices and scores Used Sales and attachments on a daily basis and or when needed

  • Must have the physical ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including protective glasses, protective gloves, and protective clothing and footwear as required by the job.
