We are seeking an Outside Sales / Business Development Account Executive for our staffing agency.

Job Description:

• To build a book of business by developing a strong rapport with hiring managers who seek your networking and recruiting skills to help them reach their company goals.
• Develop rapport with key players within your territory including professionals who are currently working, assisting them in securing financial and rewarding career opportunities. Fostering long term relationships that will ensure your success in this very exciting industry.
• Provide excellent customer service to both client and job seekers, maintaining professional and ethical practices that Adams Group is well known for in our industry.
• Constantly identify opportunities for further business diversification and expansion of services amongst current client base.
• Responsible for overall profitability of the branch through direct sales to existing and prospective clients.
• The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit with fire in the belly, have a sense of belonging and take pride in their work.

Qualifications:

• Business to Business sales experience preferred, but will consider extensive sales experience in other environments.
• Enthusiastic personality equipped to achieve in a fast paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Commission

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
