Bond Plumbing Supply Inc. is looking for a Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the plumbing industry and a knack for customer service and customer satisfaction. The Counter Sales Associate will be Bond Plumbing Supply first interaction with most customers that enter our stores!

Counter Sales Representative Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent selling experience for our trade professional and DIY customer in-store visits and phone calls
• Maintain store product inventory levels and pick and consolidate orders
• Build relationships with our customers and associates

Qualifications

• 2+ years of counter experience in wholesale distribution
• Local market knowledge is a plus!
• A willingness to learn is a must have!
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Evaluating customers, needs and building productive long lasting relationships
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Report and provide feedback to management
• Experience working within the industry or similar industries
• Computer use competency ( Eclipse ERP ) is a big PLUS!!!
• Self motivated and driven
