We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Internet Sales Manager who has a high energy level, is entrepreneurial, and thrives in a fast-paced environment! The individual chosen should have the qualities to obtain and surpass established goals, build relationships, and have previous high-line automotive sales experience. Must have 2-3 years of automotive Internet Sales Manager experience.

• An Internet Sales Manager work hours can vary. Hours of operation are Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 8:00pm, Friday, 9:00am – 7:00pm, Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, & Sunday, 11:00am – 5:00pm. There is a possibility of working past closing time depending on the needs of the department/customers.
• Job will entail mostly sitting working at a desk on a computer.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Internet Sales department
• Train the Business Development Representatives in reaching out to potential leads
• Ensure the BDR are reaching their lead goals
• Personally reaching out to interested customers and setting up appointments for them to come into the store
• Assist customers in completing and submitting a credit application
• Resolve customer issues by directing them to the cored department
• Maintain accurate and useful database records
• Must comply with dress code, be properly groomed, and professional in presentation
• Must be able to walk the lot and endure the weather conditions outside. The environment can either be in a controlled air conditioned building or outside.
• Other duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
