Now Hiring - Retail Sales Sales Tax (TPT) Specialist - Powersports Tucson in Tucson, AZ

RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized and dependable individual to join our team as a Sales Tax (TPT) Specialist located at our RideNow Tucson East location. This role will serve our western United States dealerships in Arizona, Nevada, California, and Washington! If you have verifiable experience filing TPT sales tax, have a firm understanding of sales tax regulation, and are looking for a long-term “home” where your efforts are recognized and appreciated, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly TPT, tire tax, and battery tax filings for 21 Powersports dealerships - This position will begin with the TPT filing responsibility for a few locations and will build up over time to encompass the entire western United States.
• General management of returns, inquiries, and abatements
• Ability to work closely and professionally with various state tax departments

Requirements

• Must have 1+ years of verifiable experience with filing TPT sales tax for vehicles. This includes deductions pertaining to tax-exempt sales, out-of-state purchases, out-of-state deliveries, and Native American exempt purchases.
• Sense of urgency
• Firm understanding of sales tax regulation
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to work under limited supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
• EVO experience preferred
