Full description of the position

Seeking organized person to manage homeowners associations (HOA) in the Flathead Valley. Work with HOA boards of directors to manage HOAs' property and financial assets. Year-round position, 40 hours/week; combination of in-office, at-home and on-site work. Office in Bigfork, MT.

STRONG people, communications (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills; good basic computer skills (Word, Outlook) and plenty of initiative required. 2-5 years experience in property or community management a must. Client service experience in building trades or communications industry a plus. College degree preferred.

Health ins and 401(k) plan. Will train the right candidate and pay for professional education in community management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
