Job is paid commission. Most leads supplied by company. Prospecting your own leads is highly recommended

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in swimming pool industry
• 1+ year successful experience in fast paced, top-level sales
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass drug test/have clean background report
• Pool Studio experience preferred
• Landscape/Hardscape Knowledge Recommended

Job Compensation:

• Uncapped commissions
• Potential first-year earnings over $100K
• First-class sales incentive trips

Duties:

• Conduct “Design Consultation” where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership.
• After assessing customer needs and expectations, design and recommend a backyard pool, utilizing professional pool design software.
• Conduct immediate and scheduled follow-up appointments.
• Using a presentation binder, conduct “design presentation” to present the company, provides differentiation, and explain the process of building a pool to customers.
• Provide a completed contract packet to business manager for approval.
• Be present at Day of Dig and Day of Shotcrete, to walk customers and construction managers through job phases.
• Outdoor living/ Hardscape/ Landscape - Developing relationships with contractors and developers to generate consistent flow of leads
• Work directly with owner on generating leads and closing deals
• Build referral relationships.
• Exceed customer expectations.
