Job Summary:

• Sales associates are responsible for customer engagement, sales and basic store functions such as POS, cash handling, opening and closing the store, visual merchandising and inventory control.
• This elevated sales position is the host of our stores. Being genuine and greeting all customers, offering a drink and product knowledge while your guest is browsing and going above and beyond in customer service is the focus of all of our sales associates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with styling and solve their problems
• Offer a drink and inform customers of any sales or store highlights
• Be knowledgeable on all brands and share that knowledge with customers
• Stay up to date on new product and brands in the store
• Receive new shipment in a timely manner and merchandise on the sales floor
• Fill in product daily to have all sizes and styles available on the sales floor
• Maintain overall store cleanliness including restrooms, bar, backroom, and breakroom
• Merchandise effectively to display new arrivals, in season product, and maximize customer shopability.
• Do bank runs daily and maintain adequate change in the till
• Facilitate customer warranties, returns, and exchanges
• Facilitate special orders and holds
• Ship out transfers, special orders, and web orders in a timely manner

Requirements + Qualifications:

• Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
• Fantastic customer service skills
• Work well in a team environment
• Previous retail, customer service and/or hospitality experience a major plus
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time; can lift up to 20 pounds
• Able to work various shifts, including weekends and/or holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
