Job Description

CertaPro Painters of Prince William and Fairfax counties is looking for an accomplished, energetic, and competitive, sales professional to serve Prince William County and surrounding areas as a Residential Sales Associate (RSA). The perfect candidate has a warm engaging personality; brings high energy and a strong work ethic; and has pride in satisfying their customers. The successful RSA will persist towards hitting goals and possess a "winning" attitude. Our RSA is responsible for meeting with our customers in their homes to create and present customized solutions for their painting needs. The keys to success in the RSA role are the abilities to build relationships with our customers and assist them as a consultative salesperson.

Compensation includes a strong base salary + uncapped commissions, health care benefits, cell phone, laptop/tablet, and gas/vehicle allowance. The successful RSA will earn $50k to $100k+ in compensation annually.
